Azurix North AMerica wins $2.6
million in new contracts

HAMILTON, ON - Azurix North America announced today that it secured $2,555,000 CDN in new
contracts during the month of May.
Under these contracts Azurix will deliver water and wastewater related services to six
municipal clients in the United States and Canada. The services include engineering
design; operations and maintenance; and biosolids management.

Florida - three contracts totaling $1,425,000 CDN.

Texas - a municipal wastewater lagoon cleanout worth
Oregon - a $375,000 CDN contract to remove and
New Jersey - a $14,400 CDN wastewater metering and
British Columbia - two contracts totaling
$500,000 CDN, for the design and implementation of residuals management
