WHAT THE ACQUISITION ACCOMPLISHES:
The REI acquisition will provide Earth Tech: experience with larger municipalities for water and wastewater engineering services and contract operations; access to two Total Environmental Restoration Contracts (TERCs) and an expanded list of industrial environmental clients; more diverse building services including multi-use and institutional projects added to Earth Techs industrial building experience; greater depth in transportation engineering for roads, airports, ports and railroads; and new capabilities in solid and hazardous waste landfill technologies.
